job summary: Growing manufacturer in Tulsa is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and at least 10 years of manufacturing experience. The Manufacturing Engineer will develop, test and improve automated manufacturing systems and material handling equipment and ensure manufacturing processes are in compliance with government regulations. Will provide relocation for the right candidate. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. location: Tulsa, Oklahoma job type: Permanent salary: $100,000 - 125,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Oversee development, testing and improvement of automated manufacturing systems including automation and processing equipment, material handling equipment, testing equipment and tooling.Ensure standard operating procedures are in place to drive quality and efficiencyAnalyze labor cost and plan workflow, staffing, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency and identify and optimize bottlenecks; Assess capacity and required resources to meet customer demand.Work with vendors to determine product specifications and procure equipment and materialsWork with engineering and management regarding product manufacturing and production; Identify and analyze process and design improvements to reduce cost and lead time.
